Dave Dahl, the new $55 million dollar man!

A few years ago, I did an Artcar Road trip with one of my BFF's and we hung out in Portland for awhile.  At a new Chicken & Waffle joint, the owner came out after breakfast and gave us both a full loaf of "Dave's Killer Bread. "  From that day on, I WAS HOOKED!  It is the best bread EVER!  They make it in smaller loafs too for us with tiny tummies watching our carb intake.

He just sold the company for $55 million.  I hope they will keep the high organic standards and quality Dave had maintained over the years.  I do not think he sold out, this money will allow him to have the funds to create something new!
